Open to U.S. Citizens or legal permanent residents of Hispanic heritage, who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a Master's Degree program in Management/Business at a college or university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) no later than fall 2010. Applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) from either a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or have a minimum grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) from a Bachelor's Degree in combination with two years of full-time work experience.
